Ibanez EHB1265MS-NML Workshop Electric Bass Guitar

EHB1265MS-NML (Natural Mocha Low Gloss)

Electric Bass Guitar

The Ibanez Bass Workshop EHB1265MS is armed with an ergonomic design and hugely versatile tone, making it a coveted instrument for any bassist. This EHB comes with an ash body and an eye-catching walnut top that work together to provide a well-balanced and resonant tonal foundation. Two Bartolini BH2 humbucking pickups deliver a classic soapbar sound without any of the hum that plagues vintage pickups. Beyond that, the EHB1265MS comes with a 3-band Vari-mid active EQ for flexible tone-shaping. Your fingers will delight at the smooth playability provided by the 9-piece panga panga/walnut neck, panga fingerboard, and expertly dressed stainless steel frets.

Ergonomic body design

The EHB’s headless construction and specially designed body enable the player to maintain a similar playing position whether seated or standing.

Slanted body back

The top half of the back of the body is slanted which allows the bass to rest slightly closer to the player’s body for better control and a more ergonomic feel.

Scooped cut on the body back

There is extra carving on the back of the body behind the lower horn for easier upper fret access.

9pc Panga Panga/Walnut neck w/Graphite reinforcement rods

The 9-piece Panga Panga/Walnut neck provides superior note attack, tight lows and increased sustain with the Panga Panga fretboard.

Bartolini® BH2 pickups

The Bartolini® BH2 pickups provide a tight bottom-end, punchy mid-range, and smooth response. The dual-coil style configuration maximizes articulation and a long blade pole piece widens the magnetic field, providing balanced string-to-string pickup response.
